The Big Four markup on senior ERP talent is real, and companies have paid it for years simply because they didn’t know there was another way. That’s changing. More practitioners are going independent, more companies are hiring direct, and more operations leaders are finally asking why they’re paying consulting-firm overhead for work that doesn’t require a firm’s logo on the invoice.
